Eligibility for Return (Damaged Products):

You are eligible to return a product only if it meets the following conditions:

Damaged Upon Arrival: The product must have been received in a damaged condition.
Within 24 Hours of Receipt: You must notify us of the damage within 24 hours of receiving your order. The delivery timestamp will be used to determine eligibility.
Unused Condition: The product must be in its original, unused condition.
All Tags Attached: All original tags and labels must still be attached to the product.

Your order number
Clear photographs of the damaged product and its packaging

Return Instructions: If your return is approved due to damage, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the item. This may involve us arranging for a return pickup or providing you with a prepaid shipping label.

Important Notes:

Failure to notify us of the damage within 24 hours of receiving your order will void your eligibility for a return under this policy.
The product must be returned in its original, unused condition with all tags attached. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if the damage is deemed to be caused by misuse or handling after receipt.
Upon receiving the returned damaged item and verifying its condition, we will offer you a replacement (if available) or a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to process after we receive the returned item.
